Not every supplement label tells you the same amount of information. Here's what to look for.
Proprietary Blends vs. Individual Dosing
A proprietary blend lists ingredients under one combined weight, without saying how much of each is actually inside. Individual dosing means each ingredient's amount is printed separately on the label.
Why It Matters
Without individual amounts, there's no way to judge whether a formula contains a meaningful dose of any given ingredient, or just enough to list it on the front of the bottle.
What JellyBoost Discloses
JellyBoost lists each of its five ingredients with its own amount, rather than folding them into a single blend total.
What To Check Before You Buy Anything
Look past the front-of-bottle ingredient list and check the actual Supplement Facts panel. If you see "proprietary blend" with no individual breakdown, factor that into your decision.
